Acceptance Of Terms

By using this website or paying for any course, you agree to follow all Learn Cheetah rules, policies, payment terms, and course instructions.
If you enrol a minor, the parent or guardian is fully responsible for payment, attendance, behaviour, and course participation.

Courses And Access

Learn Cheetah may provide live classes, recordings, worksheets, assignments, quizzes, speaking practice, support groups, and other learning material depending on the selected course.
Batch dates, timings, trainers, class links, recordings, support channels, and course structure may be changed, postponed, or rescheduled by Learn Cheetah when required.
Course access is personal and non-transferable. Learners must not share, copy, sell, upload, forward, or distribute class links, recordings, worksheets, or any course material.

Payments And Confirmation

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payment gateway charges, taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges may apply and are not controlled by Learn Cheetah.
A seat is confirmed only after successful payment verification by Learn Cheetah or its payment partner.
Once payment is made, the learner agrees that the booking is final and subject to the Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Learner Responsibilities

You must provide accurate name, email, WhatsApp number, and batch details at checkout.
You are responsible for internet connectivity, device compatibility, punctual attendance, and respectful conduct in live classes and support groups.
Abuse, harassment, spam, unauthorized recording, piracy, or disruption of classes may result in removal from the course without refund.

Results And Certificates

Learning results depend on attendance, practice, assignments, discipline, and individual effort. Learn Cheetah does not guarantee fluency, exam scores, jobs, visas, admissions, immigration results, or any third-party outcome.
Certificates, if offered, are issued only at Learn Cheetah discretion and may depend on attendance, completion, assignments, behaviour, and full payment status.

Intellectual Property

All course material, videos, recordings, worksheets, website content, logos, designs, and training methods belong to Learn Cheetah or its licensors.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the material only for your own learning during the access period provided.

Limitation Of Liability

Learn Cheetah is not responsible for learner-side internet issues, device issues, missed classes, personal schedule conflicts, payment gateway delays, third-party app problems, or bank/payment provider issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn Cheetah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, business, career, academic, visa, immigration, or personal losses.
If any liability is found despite these terms, the maximum liability of Learn Cheetah shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific course, subject to applicable law.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to this website, enrolment, payment, or course delivery, subject to applicable law.
