No Refund After Payment
- All course payments made to Learn Cheetah are generally final and non-refundable.
- Once payment is made, no refund will be provided for change of mind, wrong booking, missed classes, personal reasons, schedule conflicts, internet issues, device issues, or failure to attend/complete the course.
- By making payment, you confirm that you have checked the course details, price, batch information, and this refund policy.
Digital Access And Live Classes
- No refund is available once class access, batch group access, joining details, recordings, worksheets, study material, or any digital/course access has been shared.
- No refund is available if a learner misses live classes or does not use the provided material, recordings, or support.
Batch Changes
- Batch change requests are not a right. Learn Cheetah may approve or reject batch change requests at its sole discretion.
- If approved, a batch change may depend on seat availability, trainer availability, course schedule, and operational feasibility.
- Learn Cheetah may reschedule, postpone, merge, or change batches when required, and such changes will not automatically create a refund right.
Duplicate Or Failed Payments
- Refunds will be considered only for verified duplicate payments or payment errors where Learn Cheetah has actually received extra payment for the same enrolment.
- For duplicate payment claims, the learner must provide transaction IDs, payment screenshots, registered email, phone number, and any other proof requested by Learn Cheetah.
- Verified duplicate payments may be refunded to the original payment method or adjusted against another course, at Learn Cheetah discretion.
Refund Processing Time
- If Learn Cheetah approves any refund exception, it may take 7 to 10 business days to initiate after verification.
- Final credit time depends on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet provider, or other payment partner.
- Gateway charges, taxes, bank fees, administrative charges, and non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be provided for discounted offers, promotional seats, trial access, certificates, downloadable material, recordings, completed services, partially used courses, or learner-side issues.
- Refunds may be refused for false information, chargeback misuse, policy abuse, misconduct, abusive behaviour, unauthorized sharing of material, or violation of Learn Cheetah Terms & Conditions.
- Any refund exception is at the sole discretion of Learn Cheetah unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Governing Law And Jurisdiction
- This Refunds & Cancellations policy is governed by the laws of India.
- Courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
